These services are provided by PRESTAWEAVE SAS, registered in France (RCS Bobigny 991 591 652), with its physical office at 33 Rue Francois Mauriac, 93250 Villemomble, France.
1. Trial Sessions
Our initial trial sessions are free and carry no obligation to subscribe.
2. No Commitment
There is no minimum term and nothing to cancel in advance. You pay one month at a time, and you stop whenever you like without notice, without giving a reason and without penalty.
3. Before the First Lesson of a Month
If you have paid for a month and none of that month's lessons has taken place yet, tell us and we refund that month in full.
4. 24-Hour Notice Rule
To reschedule a session without losing it, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or with less than 24 hours' notice, are counted as taught.
5. Unused Lessons
Lessons you have paid for and not used are not lost. They roll over to the following month for as long as your subscription continues, and if you stop altogether we refund those still unused. You are never charged for teaching you did not receive.
