1. Trial Sessions
Our initial trial sessions are free and carry no obligation to subscribe.
2. Full Refunds
Any package can be cancelled for a full refund at any time BEFORE the first scheduled session of that package has commenced.
3. 24-Hour Notice Rule
To reschedule a session without losing credit, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice or with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged.
4. Monthly Commitment
Once sessions have started for a given month, credits used are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription for the following month at any time.
