Deliver high-quality, interactive online Arabic lessons, ensuring student understanding and progress within a supportive and safe learning environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes at scheduled times
- Fully commit to the class schedule and avoid lateness or absence without prior notice
- Explain lessons clearly and interactively in a way that suits the student’s age
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods according to the student’s level
- Use appropriate teaching tools and methods (activities, games, interaction)
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
- Comply with the academy’s policies and instructions
Evaluation Responsibility:
Subject to Academic Evaluation (teaching quality) by the coordinator, and Professional/disciplinary evaluation by the HR department.
Required Skills:
